Bagra Licence Terms
Last updated: 12.10.2026
1. About these terms
Bagra is a natural dyeing, eco-printing and plant-colour studio application developed by Mind and Craft EOOD (Майнд енд Крафт ЕООД), trading as Crafty Place, [registered address], Bulgaria, company ID 205091970 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These terms govern your right to use Bagra.

2. How Bagra is sold
Bagra is sold through Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller.
When you purchase Bagra through Polar, Polar handles the checkout, payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment-related matters under its own Buyer Terms.
Your right to use Bagra is licensed to you by Mind and Craft EOOD under these Licence Terms.
3. Your licence
After a successful purchase, you receive a licence key.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use Bagra:
-
for your own creative, studio or teaching practice;
-
on up to three activated devices at the same time;
-
for versions of Bagra included in the 1.x release series, including updates we make available within that series.
Bagra is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring licence fee.
A future major version, such as Bagra 2.0, may be offered separately. If that happens, your licence to the version you already purchased does not expire merely because a newer major version becomes available.
4. Devices and activation
A licence key may be activated on up to three devices at the same time.
An internet connection is required for initial activation and may occasionally be required for licence validation or updates.
Bagra is designed to remain usable offline between such checks.
When you replace a device, you may free an existing activation using the device-management option made available with Bagra or its licence service, and then activate another device.
5. What you may not do
You may not:
-
share your licence key with another person;
-
resell, transfer or sublicense your Bagra licence;
-
deliberately bypass or interfere with licence validation;
-
reproduce or extract substantial parts of Bagra's reference content for redistribution;
-
redistribute Bagra, its source code or its packaged application files unless we expressly permit it.
These restrictions do not limit rights granted to you by mandatory law.
6. Your data
Bagra is designed as a local-first application.
Your journal entries, fabrics, trials, plans, photographs and other studio records are stored on your own device and are not part of your Bagra account or licence record.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Bagra.
Because your working data is stored locally, you are responsible for keeping suitable backups using Bagra's backup function.
Information required for purchase and licence activation is handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Reference information and safety
Bagra contains reference information about plants, materials, mordants, recipes and studio processes. This information is based on published sources, documented references and practical studio experience.
It is provided for informational and creative-practice purposes and does not replace your own judgement, professional advice or the safety information supplied with materials.
Natural dyeing and related processes may involve heat, metal salts, alkaline or acidic substances and other materials requiring careful handling. Always follow appropriate safety instructions and disposal requirements.
Results may vary depending on fibres, water, plants, materials, process conditions and other factors.
8. Availability and updates
We may correct, change or improve Bagra over time, including its interface, reference content and individual features.
Updates within the 1.x release series that we choose to make available are included in your licence at no additional licence fee.
We do not guarantee that every individual feature, integration or technical implementation will remain unchanged indefinitely.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of locally stored data where no usable backup has been kept.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
10. Refunds and ending a licence
Refunds are governed by our Bagra Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
If a purchase is refunded, the associated licence may be deactivated.
A licence may also be terminated in the event of a serious breach of these Licence Terms, subject to applicable law.
Your locally stored studio records remain separate from the licence system.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Licence Terms from time to time.
Unless a change is required by law or is clearly to your benefit, the licence terms applicable to your purchase remain those that were in effect when you purchased Bagra.
