14-day refund

If Bagra is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Write to info@crafty.place from, or mentioning, the email address used for your purchase.

Please include enough information for us to identify the order.

We will arrange the refund through Polar, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.

Once a refund has been issued, the time required for the money to appear on your original payment method depends on Polar, the payment provider and your bank.

What happens to your licence

When a purchase is refunded, the associated Bagra licence may be deactivated.

Your own locally stored data remains on your device.

After 14 days

After the voluntary 14-day refund period, refunds are normally not available unless required by applicable law or Bagra has a problem that gives you a legal right to a remedy.
