Why Bagra
Natural dyeing rarely fits into a single notebook.
Recipes evolve. Fabrics move through several stages. The same plant behaves differently with different fibres, mordants and processes. Photos live in one place, notes in another, and useful observations are easily lost.
Bagra was built to keep those connections visible.
Reference when you need it
A growing library of dye plants, materials, mordants, recipes and colour observations helps you move from a question to a useful starting point.

Built for real studio work
A fabric is not just a note. It moves through a process.
Bagra keeps preparation, mordanting, dyeing or printing, linked trials, photographs and observations connected to the physical piece.
Studio status colours make each stage easy to recognise — on screen and in the studio.
